- 1 cup Raw macadamia nuts, soaked 2 hours
- 3 cups 9pH Kangen Water®
- 3 tbsp agave nectar or 3 teasp Stevia
- 2 tbsp Coconut butter (optional)
- 3-5 drops Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Lecithin (optional)
- pinch of sea salt
In a high-speed blender, blend the nuts and the Kangen Water® on high speed for about 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to combine. Taste for sweetness. Strain, if desired.
