
Ingredients:
- 250gr brown lentils (boiled in 9pH kangen water)
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 -3 laurel leaves
- sea salt
- pepper
- 3 cups 9pH kangen water
- 3 tbsp soya sauce
- 5 tbsp coconut oil
- 5 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Boil the lentils in 9pH Kangen Water® and strain. In low heat, add the coconut oil, laurel leaves and the lentils. Allow 3-5 minutes for the oil to mix well with the rest of ingredients. In a high-speed blender chop and blend the carrots, tomato sauce, 1 cup Kangen Water®, onion and garlic. Add the blended mix to the rest of the lentil mix, add 2-3 cups kangen water, soya sauce and allow it to be cooked. Add 9pH Kangen Water®, as needed. When cooked, add the olive oil in the pot. Serve with Kangen Rice . Enjoy the best lentils ever!
